It is very simple and the lemon and parsley give a fresh taste to it.<\/p>\n<p>3 tins of butter beans<\/p>\n<p>1 clove of crushed garlic<\/p>\n<p>3 tbl finely chopped parsley<\/p>\n<p>zest of 1 lemon<\/p>\n<p>Juice of 2 lemons<\/p>\n<p>3 tbsp of olive oil<\/p>\n<p>3 tbsp of toasted pine nuts<\/p>\n<p>3 tbsp of finely grated parmesan<\/p>\n<p>1 tsp of crushed dried chilli<\/p>\n<p>Put all the ingredients in a wok apart from the parmesan and gently stir fry until hot.
