This is the unrivalled best of fish for me and I think it goes brilliantly with freshly cooked spinach, <a title=\"Parmentier Potatoes\" href=\"http:\/\/anarchickitchen.com\/?p=310\">crispy potatoes <\/a>and <a title=\"Bearnaise Sauce\" href=\"http:\/\/anarchickitchen.com\/?p=314\">b\u00e9arnaise sauce<\/a>. &nbsp;Start with the potatoes first, make the b\u00e9arnaise and then cook the fish.
