Wood Roasted Garlic Prawns
15 king prawns (head off and deveined) 100g butter (melted) 2 garlic cloves crushed Salt 1 tbl olive oil Put the prawns with the other ingredients into a roasting dish. Roast in the pizza oven for 60 seconds, turn the prawns, roast for 90 seconds. Take out. Check they are cooked and eat.
