Garlic butter

For the stea
k, get a griddle pan, put it in the oven to heat up. Season the meat liberally. Cook for two minutes on each side. Then stand it up and cook for 2 minutes with the skin facing the fire, 2 minutes with each side. Take it out and rest for 5 minutes. Carve it off the bone. Put the filet and sirloin back bone side facing the fire. Cook for 1-2 minutes. Take out, brush with garlic butter and rest.
