2 large potatoes

2 tbsp olive oil
Heat the oven to 200C/180C fan. Crisp little potato cubes, what is not to like? Peel and chop the potato into 1 centimetre cubes. Put them onto a baking tray with the oil, rosemary and salt. Mix well and spread out evenly. Put in the oven for 30 minutes turning occasionally until crisp.
